AI Onboarding Specialist

Tasks

• Lead new clients through the full onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use ChatAgent from day one.
• Configure client accounts, connect channels, and set up core automation flows based on each business’s needs.
• Translate client goals into practical AI workflow setups and clear implementation steps.
• Work closely with the Product, AI, and Support teams to resolve setup issues and improve onboarding efficiency.
• Create guides, checklists, and simple documentation to help clients understand best practices.
• Identify early opportunities for optimization, ensuring clients see value during their first weeks.
