The Role
Key Responsibilities
- To Maintain the Parts and Accessories Inventory within the company norms
- To highlight areas where overstocking of items and plan for liquidation on priority basis
- To ensure that any materials that are late or holding up delivery for various reasons are chased and followed
- up until received
- To establish and maintain an inventory control system that meets the dealership’s internal, warranty, wholesale and retail customers’ needs for parts and accessories
- Behave according to the values of the Organisation in order to demonstrate commitment to these principles.
- Ensure all relationships with customers, industry, community and government represent the organization effectively
- Follow all policies, procedures and legislation that govern in order to ensure appropriate level compliance
- Participate in projects, committees and working groups as required

Requirements
Bachelor’s in mechanical / bachelor’s in business management with 3-4Years’ experience in the warehouse related operations in automobile industryTeam playerAbility to work under pressureGood CommunicationGood Computer knowledge (MS Office). Expert in MS Excel ? Excellent Parts KnowledgeValid GCC Driving LicenseGood Time Management, able to work on deadlines and meet operational targetsEnglish is the language of the business, however the ability to speak Arabic is an advantageAbout the company
