The Role

About the Role Four Leaf Contracting and Real Estate W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities, subcontractors, and labor.
• Ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality control procedures on site.
• Coordinate between consultants, suppliers, and the internal project team.
• Monitor project budgets, progress, and cost control measures.
• Prepare regular project reports and update senior management on progress.
• Lead site meetings and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Oversee material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.

Four Leaf was established in 2020 by three brothers who came from a family who were leaders in the construction industry. The main focus of the family business was aligned with major government contracts, and as such they were involved in building much of Bahrains infrastructure. Four Leaf was established to target Private Sector Clients in different markets to that of the general family business.
