Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the academy’s marketing initiatives. This hybrid role, based in Manama, requires both on-site presence and the flexibility of remote work. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our community, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Managing social media platforms and creating high-quality, engaging content.
- Planning and coordinating marketing activities across different locations.
- Conducting market research and analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Building partnerships and supporting business development initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
This is a leadership position within the academy that offers the opportunity to directly shape the brand’s visibility and long-term success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).Minimum of 1 year professional experience in Marketing (Required).Proven expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution.Strong background in social media management and content creation.Skilled in market research and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination abilities.Ability to work in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote).Own equipment (laptop, phone, camera / equipment etc.) available (Required).Prior experience in the sports industry especially in the GCC market is a strong plus.Benefits
