Location : Manama, Bahrain (Hybrid)

24N Sports Academy is a premier sports development institution in Bahrain dedicated to nurturing young athletes and inspiring a lifelong passion for sports. Our academy offers football, swimming, and multi-sport programs for children of all ages, combining professional coaching with a supportive community environment. Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the academy’s marketing initiatives. This hybrid role, based in Manama, requires both on-site presence and the flexibility of remote work. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our community, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Managing social media platforms and creating high-quality, engaging content.
  • Planning and coordinating marketing activities across different locations.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Building partnerships and supporting business development initiatives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

This is a leadership position within the academy that offers the opportunity to directly shape the brand’s visibility and long-term success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).
  • Minimum of 1 year professional experience in Marketing (Required).
  • Proven expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution.
  • Strong background in social media management and content creation.
  • Skilled in market research and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote).
  • Own equipment (laptop, phone, camera / equipment etc.) available (Required).
  • Prior experience in the sports industry especially in the GCC market is a strong plus.
