Job Summary

A well‑established restaurant in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain is seeking a motivated and experienced Waiter / Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately
• Recommending menu items and upselling when appropriate
• Delivering food and drinks to tables promptly
• Ensuring tables are clean and properly set up before and after each guest visit
• Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Accepting payment and providing accurate change or processing credit card transactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times
