Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells customized spa programs, and ensures effective communication amongst all departments within the hotel.
• Utilizes revenue management to maximize revenue generation based on data.
• Ensures Guest or Member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service are always the spa's priority.
