Acting Head of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, & HR Strategic Business Partnerships | Group Human Resources
The role holder is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of Treasury Operations including transaction processing, confirmations, payments, data management, reconciliation, and correspondence. This includes handling the respective unit’s transactions, resolving disputes, and troubleshooting while supporting system enhancements and new project implementations. The incumbent plays a key role in maintaining operational integrity, driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing, verification, settlement, and monitoring of all departmental transactions related to the respective unit activities.
- Ensure hedge effectiveness tests and collateral management are processed correctly on time.
- Prepare and reconcile Treasury activities and other MIS reports.
- Review Treasury agreements to ensure alignment with internal procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Validate deal tickets and accounting entries in accordance with Treasury policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control the daily workflow of the unit to ensure seamless and error‑free operations.
System & Data Management
Perform static data management functions across relevant treasury systems.Ensure accurate monitoring and updating of rates and prices in relevant systems.Reconcile back‑office system generated reports against the bank’s general ledgers and statements to ensure data integrity.Implement and maintain robust process controls through regular assessments to identify and address areas for improvement.Investigate discrepancies in dealer reconciliation blotters and abnormal fluctuations.Investigate and respond to internal and external inquiries via memos, reports, email, and SWIFT.Reporting & Communication
Prepare and manage various reports and memos for internal and external stakeholders.Prepare, review, and distribute internal and external periodic reports, proofs, and memos within designated timelines.Liaise with correspondent banks and counterparties to resolve operational disputes effectively.Verify the accuracy of brokerage and vendor invoices prior to initiating settlement.Ensure reconciliation processes are consistently performed and aligned with financial records.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information encountered during daily operations.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any other subject (or equivalent).Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a bank or a similar function.#J-18808-Ljbffr
