The Role
The PA will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's operations in Bahrain.
- Arrange photocopying, printing, scanning, and manage general filing requirements.
- Support fee earners with marketing activities, including preparing pitches and presentations.
- Manage diaries, book meetings, and organise travel arrangements.
- Monitor post and emails, ensuring client correspondence is handled appropriately.
- Assist with financial tasks such as billing, credit control, and maintaining client account documentation.
- Provide document production support, including checking and typing correspondence.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the PA role will possess the following :
Excellent communication and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 60 wpm.Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.Positive approach to tasks and solution-focused working method.Ability to build trust and confidence with clients and colleagues.Trowers & Hamlins is an equal opportunities employer and values equity, diversity and inclusion.
