We spend significantly on Instagram advertising but are resetting our entire strategy to focus on precision targeting, audience quality, and real-world impact, not vanity metrics.

We are looking for a hands-on Meta Ads specialist who understands hospitality, F&B, nightlife, and destination marketing.

Tasks

You will be responsible for : Strategy & Structure :

Audit and rebuild our Meta Ads account

Design cold / warm / retargeting funnels

Segment audiences : Locals

Tourists (pre-arrival)

High-intent lifestyle audiences

Eliminate wasteful spend and simplify structure

Campaign Execution

Manage Meta Ads (Instagram-first)

Launch and optimise :

Retargeting campaigns

Experience-driven ads (not hard selling)

Control budgets and scale only when justified

Performance Thinking

Define realistic KPIs for hospitality

Focus on : Qualified traffic

Profile visits

WhatsApp actions

Retargeting growth

Work closely with organic content (reels, stories, events)

Requirements

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Proven experience running Meta Ads for hospitality, F&B, nightlife, hotels, or lifestyle brands

Strong understanding of :

Audience targeting

Retargeting logic

Creative testing

Comfortable working with founder-level expectations

Clear communicator (no jargon)

Nice to Have :

Tourist / destination marketing experience

WhatsApp click-to-chat funnels

Understanding of how ads support on-ground sales & staff upselling
