Salon Manager

Salon Manager for a well-known hospitality group in Bahrain.

The Salon Manager reports directly to the Director.

Oversees cosmetology-related services and ensures that the salon is clean, organised, and well-staffed. Also performs services such as cutting, colouring, and styling hair.

Provides financial reports for the Salon such as revenue and budget needs. Prepares reports on staffing changes, guests’ satisfaction, inventory issues, and salon upkeep.

Requirements :

• Arab nationals are preferred for this position.
• 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Relevant Hair Dressing Qualifications - NVQ – SVQ3, NVQ – SVQ2 or training in top salon such as Tony & Guy.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Business and financial acumen – can prepare MIS reports as needed by management.
• Excellent MS Office Skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Excellent English – written and spoken.

Benefits : Base Salary : 1500

Car Allowance : 120

House Allowance : 250
