The Role : What You'll Be Leading
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Clubhouse & Events Manager to drive the daily operations of our clubhouse and ensure the flawless planning and execution of high-quality events. This is a strategic leadership role where you will shape the member and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Financial Management : Develop and maintain all policy and budgetary documents for clubhouse activities and events. Manage forecasts and implement rigorous cost controls across all revenue-generating outlets.
- Operational Excellence : Lead the daily operations of the clubhouse, including overseeing beverage and stock management. Ensure continuous quality and cost efficiency through effective supplier contracts, relationships, and procurement.
- Team Leadership : Lead, support, and mentor the entire clubhouse team, overseeing scheduling and driving high staff performance.
- High-Impact Event Management : Design, organise, and coordinate all events—including social functions, sponsor activations, and private bookings. This involves managing logistics, budgeting, invoicing, and coordinating with vendors to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Partnerships & Promotion : Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with sponsors, vendors, suppliers, and event partners. Lead all promotions, communications, and marketing initiatives for our F&B and Events portfolios.
- Compliance & Permits : Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and obtain necessary permits for club operations and events.
What You'll Bring to BRC (Requirements)
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong track record of success in high-end hospitality.
Experience : A minimum of 10 years in F&B and hospitality management, with proven experience in advanced management.Leadership Track Record : Advanced leadership capabilities and a proven history of launching and delivering high-quality clubhouse experiences, including nightlife concepts.Regional Expertise : Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the GCC region.Education : Certifications in Operations / Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.Essential Skills : Highly organised and a strong multi-tasker, with excellent time management, superior vendor relations, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.Local Preference : Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Bahrain and eligible for an immediate local transfer.If you are a driven F&B and Events leader ready to shape the future of one of Bahrain's premier private clubs, we encourage you to apply.
