Known for its commitment to quality customer service and reliability the clients core businesses include trading manufacturing contracting real estate and banking. With a wide range of business units the company offers a diverse portfolio of products and services.

They are currently looking for a Legal Associate to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Draft review and negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and customers.
• Follow up on payment terms and ensure timely payments are made and received.
• Prepare legal correspondence including letters and notices to stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and legal advice.
• Assist in the management of compliance and regulatory matters.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence.
• Collaborate with other departments to address legal concerns and provide guidance.
• Assist in dispute resolution and mediation processes.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the organization.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in law or a related field.
• Knowledge of Bahrain Law including but not limited to a strong understanding of contract law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a legal setting.
• Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
