Service Manager

The Role The Service Manager is responsible for leading service operations and field teams, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, managing warranty / claims, handling customer escalations, and driving service revenue growth.

• Lead service operations and field teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and manage warranty claims.
• Handle customer escalations and improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate spare parts and ensure effective inventory management.
• Monitor and report on service KPIs to drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service offerings. Requirements
• 8-12 years of experience in HVAC after-sales / service, preferably with central AC or chillers.
• 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong customer-facing skills and team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with service KPIs, CMMS, and warranty / contracts.
• GCC experience and a valid driving license preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
• Proficient in service management software and tools.
• Educational background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
