Job Description

As a Telephone Operator , you will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to our guests and colleagues. Your role will be central in creating a memorable guest experience through effective communication, accurate information, and exceptional service.
