Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to support the daily operations of Pashawat, our Arabic / Lebanese restaurant. The selected candidate will assist in leading the team, ensuring high service standards, and delivering an authentic dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations

• Ensure smooth service flow in line with Arabic / Lebanese dining standards

• Lead, train, and motivate the service team

• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally

• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards

• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance follow-up

• Control costs, monitor inventory, and support stock takes

• Drive sales and upselling initiatives

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within an Arabic or Lebanese restaurant preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Good knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine service style

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management preferred
