Maintenance Technician

Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain warehouse

Responsibilities

• Familiarizes oneself and trains on the technical aspects of all Madi equipment
• Analyzes work orders and plans daily route accordingly
• Installs equipment at client site maintaining quality and professionalism
• Actively listens to customers requests and complaints and suggests improvements when applicable
• Examines job at hand and avail needed components in order to complete it
• Performs minor building and electrical tasks as per required
• Adheres to safety measures at all times
• Maintains inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Preserves customer confidence by keeping service information confidential
• Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance, attitude and professional appearance to reflect a good image of the company
• Respects all of the companys internal rules, policies and procedures
• Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager
