Automotive Service Advisor

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor located in Tubli. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer relations, understanding customer needs, and providing appropriate vehicle service and repair recommendations. They will ensure that the necessary maintenance and repairs are performed accurately and efficiently. Daily tasks include conducting vehicle inspections, coordinating with technicians, keeping customers informed about their vehicle's status, managing service appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
