National Partner Management Group - Strategy & Planning (Partner Structure & Development)

Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize a full partner lifecycle management mechanism (onboarding–operation–offboarding) for local partners, in alignment with the overall framework and development strategy of headquarters. Define clear onboarding and offboarding criteria to ensure all strategies comply with local national conditions and practical requirements.
• Develop tailored programs—including performance evaluation systems, mid‑to‑long‑term incentive mechanisms, and penalty policies—for local partners by closely integrating local realities and collaborating with the business analytics team.
• Build a data analysis framework for tracking local partner development metrics, produce periodic analytical reports, assist headquarters in interpreting development data, and support PMM in enhancing partner governance.
• Work with the PMM to handle partner appeals related to assessments, incentives, and penalties. Ensure fairness and transparency throughout policy implementation, maintain healthy partner relationships, and uphold equitable execution of strategies.
