Full-Stack Software Engineer – Bahrain – Tech Start-up

The Role

You’ll work closely with product and engineering leaders to turn ambitious ideas into reality. This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end role spanning front‑end and back‑end development, third‑party integrations, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll help define architecture, drive best practices, and contribute directly to product growth and user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining responsive web applications for users and internal teams.
• Developing APIs and integrating external services such as messaging, identity, and loyalty systems.
• Creating dashboards and workflows using low‑code tools like Retool or similar.
• Implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable architecture across the full stack.
• Owning CI / CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and infrastructure reliability.
• Collaborating with product and leadership teams to deliver new features and experiences.
