The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our B2B gifting business, with a sharp focus on securing corporate and institutional clients. The role centers around strategic relationship-building and sales generation, particularly during the Ramadan season. This is a role for a natural networker with a proven track record of closing high-value deals, who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure corporate clients across sectors (banks, corporates, institutions, luxury hospitality, and government).
- Develop tailored gifting solutions that align with client needs and elevate the Bateel brand.
- Drive business development initiatives with a focus on Ramadan and seasonal gifting campaigns.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers to generate repeat and long-term business.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders.
- Exceed annual sales targets and deliver measurable growth in the B2B channel.
What We’re Looking For
