IT / Cloud Engineer

We are seeking an experienced engineer to work in a multi-infrastructure environment as a Senior Cloud and Information Security Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in AWS, Microsoft Office 365, ISO certification, networking, firewalls, and information security activities within the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Configure and install various Cisco network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
• Maintain firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, VoIP, and web and email security programs and protocols regularly.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations on all types of switches and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
• Provide Level-2 / 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team.
• Track, record, and monitor any security issues.
• Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems.
• Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
• Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
• Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
• Interact with other IT departments, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on needs.
