IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with AWS certification and experience in server management. The ideal candidate will manage IT infrastructure, provide technical support to staff, and ensure the smooth operation of both cloud-based and on-premises systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and applications on all computers, laptops, and devices.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud services and server infrastructure.
• Monitor system and server performance and ensure data security and compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on how to use computer systems and applications effectively.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure all systems are properly licensed and updated.
• Respond to inquiries, assess problems, and document issues and resolutions using ticket-tracking software.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps, and provide technical guidance to team members.
