Job Summary

This role includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to management, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops talent effectively.
