About The Role

The Director of PR will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives, including the annual public relations plan. A key focus will be on enhancing the hotel’s digital presence through the website, e-newsletters, and other electronic marketing tools.

What You Will Do

• Develop innovative publicity strategies to boost awareness and positive perception of the hotel, spa, culinary offerings, services, and team members.
• Align programs with the marketing plan and leverage spontaneous opportunities.
• Maximize media exposure through strategic editorial pitches and research, targeting key feeder markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with media contacts and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Assist in crafting and executing a comprehensive annual PR plan aligned with the hotel’s marketing strategy, including segment strategies and key initiatives.
• Utilize electronic marketing platforms to enhance visibility, including eNewsletters, email broadcasts, customized mini-sites, and other digital opportunities.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date image and video library.
• Ensure the Hotel’s website is current and aligned with corporate standards, optimizing visual content for media coverage.
• Adhere to Four Seasons’ sales and marketing standards while fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
• Ensure all promotional content advertising, direct mail, and collateral reflects Four Seasons’ brand image and maintains high standards of professionalism.
