Overview

A Reputable Retail Chain of Electronics & Home Appliances Large Format Stores throughout Gulf Area requires for its branches in Oman & Bahrain the following position : Job Title : Salesman Digital (Mobiles, digital Cameras and its accessories). Reporting to Section Head.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service : Ensure all customer services issues within section are resolved in the same day. Ensure customers are greeted in a professional manner and are provided excellent customer service.
• Sales performance : Identify sales opportunities for respective section. Create a sales culture within section through data analysis and team communication. Developing and accomplishing a region lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets. Exceeding products & services sales budget.
• Loss Prevention & Safety : Ensure adherence to all company directed programs. Advise Store management of potential security risks and major shrink issues. Comply with all Safety & Security procedures.
• Merchandise Maintenance : Ensure total solutions services communicated to the customer through strong merchandising standard. Section setup instructions are implemented daily to required time scale as per store bulletin.
• Operational : Cycle count can effectively be completed within section. Auto replenishment process run effectively. Manage stock around seasonality of products, sales and services. Ensure delivery process complete as per company policy & procedure. Ensure stock is protected through shrinkage management within section.
