Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Manama for an Implementation Officer. The Implementation Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the implementation of Optimum ERP solutions for clients. Day‑to‑day tasks include analyzing client needs, configuring software systems, providing training to end users, and troubleshooting issues. The Implementation Officer will work closely with clients to ensure successful deployment and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP implementation and configuration
• Project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and executing
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training end users on software systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of business processes in various industries is a plus
