Job Purpose

The Senior Marketing Officer is responsible for executing impactful on-ground marketing activities, including community events, activations, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that reflect and celebrate cultural diversity. Reporting directly to the Country Head, this role ensures seamless integration of these activities into Floward’s broader marketing strategy, driving meaningful community engagement. The ideal candidate is skilled in delivering offline marketing campaigns that solidify brand presence and foster deep connections with the community.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning and Execution

• Lead the planning and execution of community events and activations, ensuring alignment with Floward’s brand values and strategic goals.
• Oversee event logistics from conception to execution, ensuring high levels of participation and engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate event outcomes to refine strategies and improve future activities.

Offline Marketing Campaigns

Local Stakeholder Engagement

Strategic Alignment and Reporting

Skills and Qualifications

Experience : 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience, focusing on event planning, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
