Job Overview :

Stonefort is looking for a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager - Bahrain. with a strong understanding of CFDs (Contracts for Difference) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong client book, experience in financial markets, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships .

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate leads and convert them into active trading clients.
• Achieve set KPIs and targets; set out on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Promote CFD trading products and services to retail and institutional clients.
• Be actively aligned with current market trends to attract potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and traders.
• Active client base and a strong market connection is an added plus
• Work internally with relevant departments to provide best onboarding experience.
• Stay aligned with the risks and benefits of CFD trading to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the marketing and trading teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
• Ensure client retention through excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and competitor offerings.
