Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of sales and client services experience in international financial, fintech, or investment sectors. Solid knowledge of financial products; derivatives knowledge is a plus. Experience with trading platforms and understanding of market dynamics is advantageous. Existing network of clients, including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks, is highly desirable. Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, self-driven environment and adapt quickly. Passion for crypto; industry experience is a plus. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, including institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.

- Identify and promote enhancements to the VIP team’s offerings.
- Contribute to improving customer service and team management processes.
- Conduct regional market analysis and formulate strategies in collaboration with local teams.
