Business Assurance and Analytics Manager

Job Objective

Lead the Business Assurance and Analytics function to ensure comprehensive revenue assurance across all products by mitigating revenue leakages and driving operational efficiency through advanced analytics. This role is accountable for developing and enforcing best practices, overseeing the end-to-end revenue value chain, detecting anomalies, and finetuning business rules to enhance control effectiveness. As a strategic advisor to senior leadership, the role leverages data-driven insights to eliminate process inefficiencies, strengthen governance, and establish a robust control framework.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the revenue assurance strategy to align with business goals, ensuring all revenue-generating processes are governed with end-to-end traceability.
• Lead the development of automated control frameworks that proactively detect and escalate systemic revenue risks across evolving product and system landscapes, continuously enhancing the control environment.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing insights on revenue assurance health, process vulnerabilities, and long-term mitigation plans.
• Champion data-driven governance by aligning assurance mechanisms with business transformation, digital initiatives, and cross-functional system changes.
• Influence enterprise decision-making by highlighting the financial impact of control gaps, process inefficiencies, and unmonitored revenue streams.
• Integrate revenue assurance objectives into organizational strategy by shaping policies, risk models, and compliance frameworks across business units.
• Anticipate future risks by proactively aligning revenue assurance strategy with regulatory developments, market shifts, and operational changes.
