About the Role :

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Manager – Business Development to join a leading hospitality group in Bahrain. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and executing hotel development and acquisition opportunities across the GCC—particularly within Saudi Arabia—to drive the group’s strategic expansion and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial analyses to evaluate development opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new hotel projects, conversions, acquisitions, and rebranding prospects.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, including Letters of Intent (LOIs), Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs), and franchise contracts.
• Collaborate with the CEO and hotel operations teams to align development strategies with business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and key stakeholders across the region.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals and project presentations for executive review.
