Purpose of the Job :

To assist the Group Manager, Legal Affairs and follow-up all the cases and proceedings at the Bahrain Courts, Public Prosecution and all other Governmental Organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft legal claims, notices, letters, statements, and any other related documents in both Arabic and English.
• Coordinates all cases with Manager, Legal Affairs related to Partners & Divisions.
• Reviews & follows up all cases filed by & against AZI & Partners through the Prosecution Court, Executive Court and records all hearings dates with decisions systematically.
• Follows up major Courts cases with Police Stations, General Prosecution, Ministry of Industry & Commerce, Ministry of Labor & LMRA.
• Maintains all the case files with brief summary on each of the files, listing the case numbers, dates, hearing, Court decisions for ready reference.
• To perform all other related jobs as assigned by the Directors, & Manager, Legal Affairs.
• Prepare Reports as needed for the Management.
