Finishing Foreman / Top Sealer

Job descriptionOversee the wood finishing and painting process, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail Lead a team of workers , providing guidance and training as needed Mix and match colors , apply finishes evenly, and handle spray guns and other painting tools Ensure compliance with factory safety practices and material handling procedures Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used Diploma or 12th pass 7-8 years of experience in wood finishing and painting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role Strong knowledge of different wood finishing techniques, including sealer coats, PU, NC, melamine, staining, and polishing Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with factory safety practices and material handling procedures GCC experience required
