Entry-level
We are seeking a driven graduate to join as a Founder’s Associate, working directly with the founder to support the daily operations and long-term growth of the company.
This position provides broad exposure to all aspects of running a business — from operations and administration to strategy, marketing, and client management. It is an entry-level role designed for individuals with strong initiative, organizational skills, and the ambition to grow into a key role within the company.
Responsibilities
- Attend meetings, prepare notes, and track follow-up actions.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings across departments.
- Maintain and oversee task management systems to ensure projects remain on track.
- Develop and manage internal documents, templates, and resources.
- Support client management by maintaining records and monitoring project progress.
- Contribute to strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.
- Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
Recent graduate (all disciplines considered).Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently.Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, digital tools and project management software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High levels of energy, commitment, and potential for growth.What we offer
