Sr Workshop Technician : Bahrain

Job Summary :

The Completion workshop technician role is to maintain all workshop related activities to support Completion tools & Liner Hangers operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY :

• Maintain inventory count & maintenance across all products.
• Arrange and equip Completion tools workshop with all necessary equipment to meet client requirements.
• Daily support to operations team meetings & planning
• Follow QMS on all workshop activities such as Receiving, Dispatching, Inspecting, Make up / Torque, Pressure test, Documenting, etc. as per procedure & process requirement per NOV standard & client standard.
• Continuous improvement to increase quality of customer service.
• Support manufacturing assembly of new products
• Ensure all qualified personal per competency system involved in workshop.
• Provide training of new NOV hired personal.
• Act as mentor for new trainees for workshop & assembly activity
