Position Objective
The position is responsible to represent the brand by maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand and maximize store sales via outstanding customer service.
- Perform operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
- Convert window shoppers into buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
- Follow the company selling guideline (GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for suggestive selling.
- Maintain a presentable appearance and professional grooming at all times.
- Be flexible to work extended hours during the sale period and varied shifts as required.
- Ensure minimal stock loss and accurate inventory management.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) and billing counter efficiently.
- Assist with cash handling, issuing receipts, refunds, and accurate change.
- Process payments via cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Maintain security awareness and vigilance to prevent loss or theft.
- Adhere to SOP, Loss Prevention Policies, and maintain confidentiality of sales figures.
Merchandising
Ensure all stock is laid out according to visual merchandising guidelines.Maintain standard layout norms and clearance stock norms.Record inventory inbound and outbound and report accordingly.Maintain the visual presentation (VM) guidelines and store appearance.Ensure security protocols are followed throughout the store.#J-18808-Ljbffr
