Job Title – Operational Risk Analyst

Reporting to – Head of Credit and Risk Management

Job Summary

The person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective operational risk management framework in line with the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) Operational Risk Management Module . The role involves identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks while ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing the organization’s risk culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective operational risk management framework aligned with the CBB Operational Risk Management Module.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks across the organization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support the organization’s risk culture and governance processes.
