Commercial Manager

Are you a highly experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager with a proven track record on major construction projects? An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading contractor in Bahrain for a seasoned professional to join their dynamic team.

This role is ideal for an individual who excels in all aspects of commercial management within the large-scale build environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance, contractual compliance, and risk management of significant commercial construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all commercial activities from project inception through to final account.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise profitability and mitigate risks.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims, and disputes effectively.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to all commercial and contractual obligations.
• Mentor and develop a strong commercial team.

Candidate Requirements :

While GCC experience is highly desired, we actively encourage applications from candidates with a strong background on substantial international projects who are looking to relocate.

Compensation and Benefits :

A highly attractive compensation package is on offer for the right candidate, with a total monthly package ranging from BHD 4,000 to BHD 5,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. For international candidates, a comprehensive relocation package will be provided to facilitate a smooth transition to Bahrain.
