Description

We are seeking a skilled Switchgear Engineer to join our engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in designing and developing switchgear systems.

Responsibilities

Design and develop switchgear systems and components.
Conduct testing and validation of switchgear products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project development and execution.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for switchgear installations and maintenance.
Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and user manuals.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in switchgear technology.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

5-10 years of experience in switchgear design and development.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, switchgear components, and safety standards.

Proficiency in CAD software for designing switchgear systems.

Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC, ANSI, and IEEE.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
