Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate E-commerce coordinator to drive the development and growth of of a new E-commerce start-up in the GCC. The ideal candidate will develop and execute cutting edge E-commerce strategies that meet market needs while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own go-to market strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and seek user feedback to identify opportunities for new products or features.
- Manage and optimize product listings and content, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and IT, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve business goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and run campaigns
- Analyze and report on key E-commerce metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to drive data driven decision-making
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and optimize performance
- Lead and support E-commerce projects, such as website redesigns and platform migrations, from planning to execution to post-launch evaluation
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as vendors and agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
