Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rental portfolio. Reporting directly to senior management, you will ensure tenant satisfaction, support our property management and maintenance teams, and drive efficiency across all operations. This is a leadership role with real impact, where you’ll contribute to the company’s long-term success and help shape the future of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental portfolio
  • Lead, mentor, and support property management and maintenance teams
  • Manage tenant requests, concerns, and issues with professionalism and care
  • Track and report on key performance metrics : occupancy, rental collections, maintenance turnaround, and tenant satisfaction
  • Develop and implement operational processes that improve service quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with finance and leasing teams on budgeting, reporting, and tenant retention strategies
  • Ensure compliance with local property laws, tenancy regulations, and safety standards
  • Leverage operational data and technology tools to identify trends, optimize performance, and recommend improvements
  • Prepare clear and insightful monthly performance reports for senior management

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in real estate operations, property management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in tenant relations, issue resolution, and service excellence
  • Strong understanding of operational KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and contractors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure
  • Proficient in property management systems and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, CRM, ERP)
  • Preferred

  • Experience in the Bahrain or GCC rental market
  • Knowledge of local tenancy laws and regulatory requirements
