JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven Talent Acquisition experience in Big 4 / Big 10 management consulting firms in the Middle East region.
- 15 – 18 years of overall experience.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to contribute in the company’s growth strategy and support execution.
- Qualified MBA / equivalent from a renowned institute.
- Soft skills : Assertive, articulative, diligent and having the ability to influence the team & stakeholders to derive results.
- Adequate knowledge & hiring experience across roles such as : Consulting / Advisory positions in technology, finance, Transactions / capital projects and within IT, roles in Cybersecurity, IT infrastructure / networking, etc.
- Knowledge of Local language or being a local national is NOT NECESSARY.
- The role may require moderate travel within the region.
