Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Maintenance Manager located in Manama. The Facilities Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, managing facility maintenance schedules, and implementing preventive maintenance plans. The role includes supervising maintenance staff, conducting building inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The manager will also be tasked with addressing maintenance requests promptly and efficiently to maintain high standards of property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and experience in managing maintenance teams
• Facility Management (FM) and Maintenance Management experience
• Skills in Preventive Maintenance and Building Maintenance practices
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
• Experience in property management or a similar industry is advantageous
