Join our sales team and help drive growth across Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait by promoting our high-quality HVAC and insulation solutions. We're looking for a results-driven sales professional with strong technical acumen and regional market experience.

Your Tasks
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and technical submittals aligned with project specifications
- Present and promote our products to clients, emphasizing technical benefits and value
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize deal closure and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with distributors, contractors, and consultants to secure product approvals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait
- Provide technical support and coordinate on-site application training when needed
- Maintain accurate records of project approvals, visit reports (via SF.COM), and monthly forecasts
- Ensure timely follow-up on receivables and resolve customer issues efficiently
Your Profile
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or equivalent technical background preferredMinimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC, insulation, or construction materialsProven success in technical sales within the Middle East, especially with MEP consultants and contractorsStrong communication and relationship-building skills across all stakeholder levelsSkilled in market intelligence gathering and strategic sales positioningProficient in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms for lead and pipeline managementSelf-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple sales targets independentlyValid driving license and willingness to travel across the GCC regionOur Offer
