Social Media Scheduling
Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
Social Media Monitoring
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, relevant conversations, and customer feedback.
Campaign Management Support
Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns to drive engagement and reach. Assist in the creation and execution of social media strategies aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly.
Analytics and Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Use insights to inform strategy adjustments and optimize content.
Trend Monitoring
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity. Propose new ideas and initiatives based on current trends.
Design Skills
Utilize design skills to create visually appealing graphics and posts that align with brand aesthetics. Work with other teams (e.g., marketing, design) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Coordinate with influencers or partners for promotional campaigns.
Event Coverage
Attend events for social media coverage, capturing live content and engaging with attendees.
Qualification & Experience
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language : Arabic & English languages are preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related Social Media role, preferably in the telecom industry.
