Role Description
We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an eye for design, and a data-driven approach to building brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (images, videos, captions, stories, and reels).
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and performance teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics and report on ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and manage online communities.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.
- Support campaign launches, product announcements, and brand initiatives.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
