Alia School is seeking a compassionate and creative Early Years Teacher to join our dynamic team for the 2025 / 2026 academic year. Job Summary :

The Early Years Teacher will design and implement developmentally appropriate learning activities that support the cognitive, emotional, and social growth of young learners. The successful candidate will embrace child-centered teaching practices and foster a love for learning through exploration, play, and early literacy development within an inclusive setting.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching certification or license in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience with young children.
• Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and early intervention practices is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a nurturing teaching approach.
