Job description

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or its equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Outstanding with verbal and written communications skills : Able to interact with high profile clients.

DESIRED CRITERIA :

  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Computer application skills (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SIS, CRM)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to deal effectively with students, faculty, staff, and the general public
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, presentation, and public speaking
  • Ability to multitask, flexibility, and effectiveness as a team member
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to demonstrate effectiveness and creative problem solving skills
  • The role consists of :

  • Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, business development, project coordination, & delivering presentations.
  • Project Coordination : Assist in the coordination and execution of various projects and initiatives within the department and University, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Communication Management : Facilitate effective communication between internal departments, external stakeholders, and the broader community. This includes drafting communications, preparing presentations, and managing inquiries.
  • Event Coordination : Coordinate logistics for events, seminars, workshops, and conferences hosted by the department, ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.
  • Financial Administration : Assist in financial administration tasks such as budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing, in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Coordinating with Marketing Department (editing / checking mainly)
  • Research and idea contribution.
  • General project management
  • Establishing positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • All documentation must be in PDF format and should be sent through the Royal University for Women website - application form.

    Scanning of applications will begin on March 2024 and will continue until the position is filled.
