Responsibilities

• The Food Handling Function reports to the Master.
• The Food Handling Function must fully adhere to the guidance in Food Safety.
• If any of the guidance in Food Safety cannot be maintained, the Master must be informed.
• Comply with the regulations of the company safety management system.
