Job Description :
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, and selection of qualified candidates to meet the company’s manpower needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate the hiring process in alignment with HR policies.
- Support in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other employer branding initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards as required.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong understanding of recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and job boards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
